The software that runs on the PC is called “Client” which I find odd, as I think of it as the server. The install creates a shortcut for the client on the desktop, but not one for the “Studio” which is used to edit skins. If you want to edit my skin, or create your own, you can find this program here: C:\Program Files\WinController\Studio.exe
Links to download the PC install can be found near the bottom of this page: https://www.tnksoft.com/soft/util/wincontroller/, as can a link to the manual and other useful stuff.
The Android app can be found on Google Play here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tnksoft.wincontroller
Once installed you can go into the skins section, via the pre-Honeycomb menu button. Then download my skin from www.stevewaring.me.uk/dtDownloads/Idea.wcs If you don't know how to activate the antiquated menu button on your tablet, your favorite search engine will be able to tell you.

Both of these programs are installed simply by copying a folder into C:\Program Files\WinController. You could put them somewhere else, but then you would have to edit my WinController skin. Both use a compiled Auto Hot Key script. Because the scripts have been compiled, there is no need to install Auto Hot Key. Both programs are configured via a small .ini file. The .ini files contain a regular expression. Auto Hot Key uses the PCRE flavour of regular expressions. By default, Auto Hot Key uses ` instead of \ as the regular expression escape character. However in these programs I have set it to \ to avoid confusion. Because of its location, if you need to edit one of the .ini files, you will either need to run the editor as administrator, or move the file out of its current location, edit it, and then move it back. Because a .ini file will be read each time a button on my Win Controller skin is used, the syntax has been kept simple for fast parsing. Related values are placed on a line in the file separated by tab characters and they are interpreted positionally.
Copy the LimitWindow folder from the zip file listed below into C:\Program Files\WinController. It contains the following files:
LimitWindow takes two parameters. The first is the name of the .ini file it should use. No path or suffix should be given, the program looks for the file with a .ini suffix added in the same directory as it itself is in. My Win Controller skin uses “ioa” (Idea or Android) as the first parameter, and thus uses C:\Program Files\WinController\LimitWindow\ioa.ini for its information. the second parameter gives the keystrokes to be sent.
Example; Send shift-alt-up_key to Idea/AS:
Example; Send P wait half a second and then send I to Ideal/AS:
